Ms. Shan is the founding partner, and managing partner of Jiangsu PaiTing Law Firm. She advised clients from a wide range of sectors, including financial institutes, retail, manufacturing, banking, and food industry. She has a strong local connection and her practicing area include criminal law, contract issues, mediation and the formation of business entities.
Ms. Mei was graduated from Nanjing normal University where she received his LL.B degree in civil law. She started her legal career with an emphasis on practicing family law, and later joined PaiTing Law Firm and extended her practice area to criminal law defense and financial law.
Mr. Kuang has been practicing in the dispute resolution, international trade and corporate matter areas for various clients since he entered legal service industry, including preparation, demonstration ,and implementation of solutions& enforcement of effective decrees and verdicts.
Ms. Wu is a Bachelor of Law from Huaiyin Normal University, she is a fourth-grade lawyer. She is a member of the Youth Lawyers Working Committee of the Changzhou Lawyers Association and a member of the Legal Affairs Committee for Execution and Disposal of Non-Performing Assets at the Changzhou Lawyers Association.
Ms. Chu holds a Master's degree in Law from Nanchang University, passed the legal professional qualification examination in 2019, and joined Jiangsu Paiting Law Firm in 2022. She has interned at the Labor Arbitration Committee, courts, and procuratorates, accumulating a wealth of practical experience.
Ms. Wang holds a Bachelor of Laws from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law. She has previously served as in-house counsel and securities affairs representative for large corporations. She specializes in civil and commercial legal services in fields such as construction engineering and property management. She has extensive experience participating in civil litigation cases, labor dispute arbitration, and related legal matters.
Ms. Wu holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Nanjing University. She has served in legal positions at large multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises, accumulating extensive experience in operations, compliance, and risk control. She specializes in civil and commercial legal services, corporate and equity legal services, and foreign-related litigation. Currently, she provides legal advisory services to multiple state-owned enterprises and large corporations.
Ms. Cui holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law. She joined Jiangsu Paiting Law Firm in 2023 and has interned at multiple law firms and courts, assisting teams in handling legal matters for various non-litigation projects, thereby accumulating substantial practical experience.
Ms. Du holds a master's degree from Changzhou University and joined Jiangsu Pinting Law Firm in 2025. She has interned at law firms, procuratorates, and state-owned enterprises, accumulating extensive practical experience.
